To be socially and operably useful, any ethical framework depends on some minimal degree of understanding and acceptance across a broad range of the relevant population.
Obviously any new project cannot immediately hope for this - but it should be a clear aim of the Project to continually work towards broad engagement at a variety of levels.
Methods and structures to promote communication and engagement must be designed and continuously monitored.
